Private Nuisance Lesson For OCR A-Level Law Spec: Paper 2, Torts This lesson includes a worksheet which can be printed for students to use in class. It is based on the most recent change to the law, so is up to date as of Feb 2023.

The second lesson for OCR Criminal Law (Paper 1:B). This lesson covers key elements of actus reus, including cases. There are two case-table handouts; one is fully empty, one is partially completed to help students. You will need the OCR Law 1 textbooks for the task using the worksheets. There is a new version of the textbook, with different page numbers. Feel free to tweak this lesson to your needs.

The fourth lesson for OCR Criminal Law (Paper 1:B). This lesson focuses on mens rea, including foresight of consequences. There is a worksheet included, which can be used alongside the OCR textbooks for additional detail of foresight of consequences. However, there is a good handout from BitsofLaw which will also work!

This lesson covers the partial defence to murder, diminished responsibility. It includes a practice scenario at the end, with a time limit. Feel free to amend as needed. No textbooks are needed for this lesson, as all information is within the slides.
